Yes, I cover a 10 mile radius from Chipping Ongar, this includes Chipping Ongar, North Weald, Epping, Kelvedon Hatch, Pilgrims Hatch, Brentwood, Doddinghurst, Ingatestone, Fryerning, Willingale, Fyfield, Moreton.

Can I come to you instead of you coming to me?

Absolutely, I have my own Beauty Room in Bobbingworth, Ongar.

Do you do evenings and weekends?

I am flexible with my availability so please feel free to ask if I can fit you in.

Do I need a patch test before I can have treatment?

For Eyelash treatments you will be required to conduct a patch test for a least 24 hrs before I can carry out the full treatment.

What’s your cancellation policy?

In the unexpected event you need to cancel your appointment I will always do my best to rearrange your appointment for you. Cancellations with more than 24hrs notice will incur no charge, cancellations within 24hrs will require payment of treatment in full.

How do you keep my data secure?

I adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU). I am also registered with the Information Commissioners Office.

What is Builder in a bottle with gel polish?

Builder in a bottle is a range of soak off builder gel that creates a strong overlay on the natural nail. It prevents the nail from splitting, chipping and your gel polish from lifting. It can be infilled or soaked off and can also be left as a natural nude in colour or finished off with a gel polish, all these products used are The Gel Bottle!

After how many times having Builder in a bottle infills should I book in for a full removal and new set?

I would recommend having your Biab fully removed after 3 infill treatments! This then can be reapplied straight after!

How often do I need my eyelash extensions infilled?

I would highly recommend having your eyelashes infilled every 2-3 weeks. However, this does all depend on your hair growth. Eyelash extensions fall out with your natural eyelashes so depending on what stage of the hair growth cycle your lashes are in will depend on how long you get out of your extensions.

Do eyelash extensions pull out your own lashes?

No!! Eyelash extensions do not pull out your own eyelashes! The only way your lashes will be affected by eyelash extensions is if you rub, pick or pull the extensions! If you follow my aftercare advice and regularly clean your eyelashes you will have no problems!

What’s the difference between Individual eyelash extensions and Russian eyelash extensions?

Individual eyelash extensions are applied one eyelash extension to each one of your own eyelashes!

Russian eyelash extensions are between 2-8 thinner eyelash extensions handmade into a fan and applied to each one of your own lashes. They both create a different look however, when I do your patch test and consultation we can discuss which will be suit you!

What do I need to do prior to having a Sienna X spray tan?

Ensure you shave, moisturise and exfoliate 24hrs prior to your appointment! If you wax please ensure this is done 48hrs prior to your tan!

Please don’t wear makeup, perfume or deodorant to your appointment! Please make sure you have dark baggy clothing and flip flops!

What aftercare is essential for a Sienna X spray tan?

You must not get wet for 8hrs! Once 8hrs is up shower as normal but ensure that you only pat dry do not rub!!! Apply moisturiser daily to prolong your tan! After 4-5 days start to gently exfoliate this will help your tan to fade evenly.
